Terms and Conditions — 5top Gaming Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 5top ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the 5top website at 5top.vin and any services, features, promotions or games accessed through it.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit in PKR or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood their contents and agreed to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules specific to particular games, sports markets or promotions — those additional rules are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

If you are accessing 5top on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms. If you do not have that authority, you must not use the platform on their behalf.

02 Eligibility

To register and use 5top you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 5top is strictly an adult platform. Registering as or on behalf of a minor is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual player on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any business or third party, unless explicitly agreed in writing with 5top.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under any legal restriction that prevents you from forming contracts, you are not eligible to use 5top.
• You may hold only one active account at 5top. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and any additional accounts detected will be closed without prior notice.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from 5top or had an account closed for violations of these Terms.

5top reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm eligibility. This includes government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, in some cases, documentation supporting the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Your Account

Each player may register exactly one account at 5top. When you register, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 5top will not be held responsible for errors or losses resulting from inaccurate account details provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, notify 5top immediately via [email protected].

Your 5top account balance is held in PKR. All transactions — deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings and bonus credits — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. There is no conversion or foreign currency fee applied to PKR transactions at 5top.

5top reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, multiple account operation, chargebacks, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, any balance associated with rule violations may be withheld pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at 5top are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to someone other than the registered 5top account holder — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and potentially the account being suspended.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. 5top does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider (for example, your bank or mobile wallet provider) may apply their own charges — those are outside 5top's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. Standard processing times are indicated in the Deposit section of the platform.

• Withdrawals can only be made once identity verification is complete.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — see Section 5.
• 5top reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger PKR amounts.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to the account holder are not permitted.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5top offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your account and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 30x requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is available).
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Sports bets, slots, live casino and bingo games may contribute different percentages towards meeting the requirement. Full contribution rates are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states that it can be combined with another offer.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts or shared.
• 5top reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus credits if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of terms, or activity inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players registering for the first time at 5top. A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus using a second or duplicate account is a violation of these Terms.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 5top — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slot games or bingo — are governed by the rules of the relevant game or market. These rules are accessible from within each game or market and form part of these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to the wager. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any point during an event at 5top's discretion. Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 international matches and bilateral series — are subject to the same rules as all other sports markets. Results are determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

Slot Games: All slot titles at 5top are provided by certified third-party studios. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each slot is published by the game provider and available within the game. Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). 5top does not influence or alter the outcome of any slot spin.

Live Casino: Live casino games — including baccarat, blackjack and roulette — are streamed from professional studios. Bets placed in live casino games are final once the relevant betting window closes as determined by the dealer or game interface. All PKR stakes are processed in real time against your account balance.

Bingo: Bingo games run on fixed schedules. Players must purchase tickets before the game begins. Once a bingo game starts, no refunds are issued for purchased tickets. Prizes are distributed to winners automatically at the conclusion of each game.

• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet or game round and are displayed within each product.
• Technical malfunctions during gameplay are handled according to the relevant game provider's rules. In cases of genuine malfunction, 5top will apply a fair resolution in consultation with the provider.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches or loopholes in games or markets is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

07 VIP Programme

The 5top VIP Programme rewards consistent players across all product verticals — sports betting, slots, live casino and bingo all contribute to VIP tier progression. The programme operates on a points-based system where real-money play earns points that accumulate towards tier advancement.

VIP benefits include PKR cashback, reload bonuses, faster withdrawal processing and dedicated account management at higher tiers. Full details of the points structure, tier thresholds and associated benefits are published in the VIP section of the platform.

• VIP points are earned on real-money play only. Bonus-funded play may earn points at a reduced rate as specified in the VIP programme terms.
• Points are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value independently of the VIP programme structure.
• 5top reserves the right to modify the VIP programme — including tier thresholds, point values and benefits — with reasonable notice provided to affected players.
• VIP status may be reviewed periodically. Inactivity over a defined period or violations of these Terms may result in tier demotion or programme removal.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 5top. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through associates.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, borrowed or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including coordinated play between accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, particularly live casino table games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated systems or any software designed to play on your behalf or gain advantage over other players or the platform.
• Money laundering: Using 5top to process, transfer or obscure the origin of funds obtained through unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks while holding a balance or active bets at 5top.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to 5top by any person under 18 years of age.

09 Responsible Gaming

5top is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming is entertainment — it should be approached with a clear budget, a defined time limit and an honest assessment of your own habits.

The platform is for adults aged 18 and above. 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5top platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software and promotional materials — is the property of 5top or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from 5top without prior written permission.

Game content — including slot titles, live casino streams and sports data — is provided under licence from third-party studios and data providers. All rights in that content remain with the respective owners.

11 Limitation of Liability

5top provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain reliable, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5top's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the PKR amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 5top is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses — including lost profits or data — regardless of how they arise.

You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose PKR funds wagered on the platform. 5top is not responsible for any losses you incur through gaming on the platform, provided those losses result from legitimate, certified game outcomes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

5top reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where practicable, players may be notified of significant changes via account notification.

Your continued use of 5top after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
